I have previously been licensed by the NYS Gaming Commission but do not have a Social
Security Number (SSN) or Social Insurance Number (SIN)

Individuals without a SSN or SIN are issued a computer-generated number in lieu of a government issued ID number when they apply for a license with the Gaming Commission. You may contact a Commission office and ask that they provide you the last four (4) digits of this number so you can register for an ESAL account. Please have your Gaming Commission license or receipt handy as information from it will be used to confirm your identity.

I have never been licensed by the NYS Gaming Commission

In order to register for an ESAL account the Gaming Commission must have an electronic record of your identity to validate against. Please contact a Gaming Commission office with your name, address, date of birth, and Social Security Number (SSN) or Social Insurance Number (SIN). Once this has been entered into the Commission's computers you can use this information to register for an account.
